Scott has proudly served the Delaware real estate community since 1996 and calls Wilmington’s Highlands neighborhood home. He appreciates the area's walkable lifestyle, beautiful green spaces, wide parkways, and diverse architecture, making it one of his favorite places to live and serve. Licensed in both Delaware and Pennsylvania, Scott has spent decades helping clients achieve their real estate goals with confidence.

Scott chose a career in real estate to build a business centered on service while enjoying the freedom of entrepreneurship. Throughout his career, he has remained committed to helping buyers and sellers make informed decisions with honesty, professionalism, and care.

With nearly three decades of industry experience, Scott has served in multiple leadership roles with the New Castle County Board of Realtors. He is also a licensed Continuing Education instructor for Realtor Safety and Self Defense in both Delaware and Pennsylvania, demonstrating his dedication to professional development and the success of fellow agents.
